Booking/ Refund Policy for Apex Sanitation Kleaners LLC

Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email or phone. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.

Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur a fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Access & Preparation

Please ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the premises, a call-out fee may apply.

Kindly remove valuable or fragile items from areas to be cleaned.

Service Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary beyond our scope. Additional charges may apply for extra services not included in the original booking.

Liability

Apex Sanitation Kleaners LLC is insured. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or items not reported as fragile.

Customer Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.
